Pan da Moa
We work with the bakery Pan da Moa to accompany our dishes with their Bolos de masa nai. This type of bread is made with a long-fermentation sourdough. Each day, they vary the selection of flours used to make it. We charge a service fee per guest, and you can request any bread you prefer.
