Hake in albariño wine

Merluza O Sendeiro

Hake is a fish that has noble, beautiful and delicate meat. A careful handling of the product is essential  to turn it into a superb dish. It is paired with a classic Albariño sauce and sautéed vegetables in homemade teriyaki sauce.

The traditional salted cod sheet gains prominence in this dish. We have combined it with a cauliflower creamy texture and fennel flower, topped with bilbaína sauce, which gives it a fresh touch.

Croca de ternera gallega poco hecha

Selected cuts of beef from the region of Santiago. Its tenderness and subtle flavour are the main characteristics of this meat. Without the need of a complex elaboration, we serve the steak just right with a homemade tomato chutney and diced potatoes.

Pan da moa O Sendeiro

We work with Pan da Moa bakery to accompany our dishes with Bolos de masa nai. This type of bread is long-fermented sourdough bread. The selection of flours used to make it varies every day. The charge for bread is per person and you can order as much bread as you like
